Also, for Tagara to work, other factors such as diet, time of meal, number of hours you worked, etc. should be proper. If you're using the product to fall asleep, you need to take a larger dose (disclaimer: I am not a doctor). The bottle also fails to mention that there are no side effects even if you take, say, six or seven tablets. Plus, the efficacy increases over time.
