This is the ultimate in epilators available in the Indian market. My search for a facial epilator has finally culminated. I have been using Braun Silk epil epilator for body for the past 3 decades and till date never a problem. Touch wood. This facial epilator is handy, pulls out hair from the roots from upper lip, chin etc. Not painful at all. Only wish it had a cord. The cell discharges with just 1- 2 times use. An extra cell has been provided. It is better to remove cell when not in use. I am happy with the gadget and hope it lives up to the reputation of the German global giant Braun, because it's now made in China!

Product is excellent. Made my life easier and confident.You need to spend few minutes otherwise i was suppose spend half n hour everyday only for chin . Easy to use. Price is expensive . I dont use exfoliation brush but had to pay for it as i was not getting epilator separately I am writing today again after 4 yrs Above review was given when I used only for one month.This epilator worked properly only for 2 yrs.Thereafter started giving problem .Start button was working only one side and stopped working completely after 2 yrs. Not worth of value spending Rs.2500.very expensive.Better purchase hair remover trimmer which cost only Rs.250.

No doubt the item is a revolution, but after using it for more than 3 years now, I feel that the motor is not up to the mark. It revolves on one side only though it has a two way movement. Secondly the battery usage is too high. It runs on LR6 pencil cells. It doesn’t work with ordinary pencil cell. If the company works on these two issue, it will be a perfect thing. Easy to use.

After using this product I thought this is the best a girl could ever get. Spent INR 3000 on this and it was worth every penny, unless it stopped working just after 2 months of use. The blades are not spinning properly which makes it very painful to use the epilator. So, it was hardly used 6 times only and is now totally worthless. Also I couldn't get any customer service as the return window was closed on Amazon. When I tried to claim warranty (as suggested by Amazon customer service) but there is no service centre and I'm not willing to go to another city just to claim warranty and I hope noone is. Must say, this is the worst purchase. Will also post an update if the issue gets resolved.

This may be Braun's worst product that I have used, and I have used quite a few of them. Braun should do an update on the mechanics of this thing. The design itself is impractical for facial use. It's difficult to maneuver about the eyebrow areas which need precision. Never mind if you somehow manage to do that, the battery will run off on you after every use, sometimes halfway. I don't think I I'll be using this much. It's not sensible to keep changing batteries for each use. What a shame, this could've been another useful product by Braun since the hair removal when successfully done is absolutely perfectly clean.

I bought this for my mom on someone's recommendation. It came with an Facial epilator ( 1 ), Facial cleansing brush ( 1 ) , Cap ( 1 ) small cleaning brush ( 1 ) and Battery First of all the epilator :- It is a life saver. It grabs even the smallest hair and pluck them from the root. My skin was smooth for about 2 weeks ( it depends on person to person ). The hair did not grew thicker or coarser They were just like they used to be. The good thing is you don,t have to wait for the hair to grow back any certain length it can grab even the smallest. As far as the pain is concerned, the pain thrush hold level depends person to person. For me it felt just like plucking the hair with tweezers, only quicker. It also depends how much you are used to plucking. The Facial cleansing brush:- is also good. The bristles are very soft. I have sensitive skin and It didn't caused any rashes, irritations or allergic reactions. My face felt super clean and smooth. I will not recommend to you use it daily as it also exfoliates your skin. Cleaning the brush is super easy. Just pop the cleansing brush head and wash it under running tap water. The small cleaning brush is very useful to remove the hair from the Epilating head. Operating this device is very easy. There is only one switch. The device rotates in both left and right direction to give maximum results. The rotations can be changed by moving the to the left or right. It is very compact and slick so you can actually take it with you while travelling. It comes with the Batteries that lasts for a very long time. I am still using the one that came with it. To change the Batteries there is a slot below the device, that can be opened with the help of a coin. Over all it is a great product. I bought it for ' 3400 during a sale and this thing worth the money and much batter than going to a beauty parlour every one or two weeks

I have a lot of thick hair on my sideburns... This epilator removed all of it within a few minutes. But following epilation I had a lot of razor bumps and it's been 2 days and I still have red spots on my face. But it has reduced quite a bit... This epilator is a must have for all d gals who feel conscious all the time because of facial hair... And like any hair removal technique this hurts and for d first time it might give u few rashes but I say it's all worth it! I have applied saibol on my rashes and I'm sure it will all be gone soon. Go for it gals... :-) K this is after a week of using the epilator... I had to go to a doc coz my face was filled with boils... But I wudnt blame d epilator coz within 24 hrs I went for a swim :-( after which it aggravated! Gals take a steam before u epilator... And after u do use this lotion my Dr has advised me - femcinol! and if u have very sensitive skin then take aziwok 500mg for 3 days from d day u epilate this will keep ur skin clear! But take d medicine only for 3 days! By using this my skin has cleared a lot..only a few marks left which will b gone soon

As a person with a lot of fuzz on the face and being constantly annoyed by it, i bought this as a DIY solution. A puzzled mom exclaimed 'isnt that natural though??' to which i say ' girls are not supposed to have sideburns (pardon me feminazis) or moustaches.. In fact any hair below eyebrows is a big no'. Some people wax their cheeks and i do not want to experience that. So coming to the product.. really sleek, will be easy to carry around while travelling. I wish they had given a carry pouch/case, some of the later models do.. works great actually.. it takes time to get them all, then again depends on how much hair you are working with. It does not come with detailed instructions expect basics.. it has two direction of the head, clockwise and counter clockwise.. hold it against your face such that direction of head is opposite to the growth. move around smoothly, not with sudden jerks and keep zapping hair as you go.. For sideburns i learnt a trick to trim them to a length below the tragus of ear as a reference point and clear hair below and around it avoiding to look like having square edge. Tuck back as much hair behind ear as possible to retain "natural" look.. Honestly it does hurt, and ofcourse it would; you are pulling your hair from the roots you shouldnt be expecting less.. will hurt more if you have thicker hair ie. sideburns, moustache.. the fuzz goes away easily.. Take a painkiller (ibuprofen) about 15 min back if thats a problem. or apply anaesthetic gel on skin. Its not extremely painful but again pain is very subjective; some people percieve it more.. First time i used it i got breakouts on my face next day. i have sensitive skin, i remember getting bumps even after getting threaded for the first time. i should have cleaned it with spirit first..clean your face with cleanser first and apply ice on it after being done to reduce this. the skin will get used to it eventually after repeated uses. Also the painkiller will help. I have used it for more than a month now, the surprise feature is the cleansing brush. I use it every day/ alternate days.. My skin had never felt better.. use it with scrubs or face washes.. it feels great! I actually want to try out different heads on it as described on the box but dont know where to purchase them. Batteries havent been that much of a problem for me, i use it a lot.. This is one purchase that is totally worth it.. Might seem bad at first due to pain etc, but you will love your skin after using it..

Terrible for chin hair removal doesn’t catch hairs at all

L'appreil a été reçu dans les délais (prime) et en bon état. Utilisé le jour même, menton et lèvre supérieure, il épile très bien. Certes ce n'est pas très agréable mais tout à fait supportable. Il laisse la peau douce. Après l'épilation, une rougeur est apparue. J'ai passé un glaçon quelques minutes et en moins d'une heure, il n'y avait plus rien. Mieux vaut le faire le soir. Je n'ai pas eu de petits boutons comme le soulignent certains commentaires. De même je ne peux préjuger de la durée de vide la pile. Ol y en a une en plus dans le paquet (d'une bonne marque). J'ai aussi testé la brosse démaquillante. Elle frotte un peu trop à mon goût mais est efficace. Je suis très satisfaite et regrette de ne pas avoir sauté le.pas plus tôt. Si mon avis change, je ferai une correction de cet écrit.

It works, but the motor feels quite weak. It slows down significantly on contact with the skin, so I have to go over the same area multiple times to remove hair, which ends up causing redness and discomfort on the face.
