Good for Indian cooking
This oil has all the goodness of olive oil except for the antioxidants found in the extra virgin olive oil. Less in saturated fats, etcSuitable for all types of Indian cooking, from taka to deep frying. Takes very less oil compared to the traditional cooking oils like refined sunflower oil.Overall a great replacement for the refined sunflower oil if you are switching to healthy eating.

Have been using this for a few years at home. The quality is superb. A friend had earlier recommended this as a brand and the price is worth paying for quality.

Poor packaging
The five litre can was found with lot of dents... Poor plastic quality used for bottling 5 litres of oil. Amazon must ensure sturdy pakaging to prevent spill of oil from the oil can.
