Women's Work Dress with Belt, Business Casual Midi Shirt Dresses

Great quality! I bought this but also purchased an Ann Taylor suit set just in case this did not work out for an important work interview I had. Once this arrived, it fit great, looked just like pictured and was great quality. I ended up returning the $300 Ann Taylor outfit and keeping this dress. Its sheer but not see-through so its perfect for warm weather. The belt came with it, it was decent quality too. I washed it in a garment bag to get the wrinkles out but they did not budge so I did have to use a steamer and that worked pretty quickly. Good find - would totally buy from this brand again. I am 5'2, 130lbs and a size small was perfect.

Beautiful dress. I’m 5’1 usually a size 4 in jeans and got the small size. It doesn’t fit too long nor too tight. It’s just right. It’s very modest and perfect for any occasion. The length goes to under my knees. It’s very comfortable with my bust size 36. An x-small is a 2-4 but I think it would’ve been tight on my bust. So a Small is perf . The material is kind of delicate and thin so just be careful about that. I would buy other colors!! Just get it!!

Beautiful mint color. The fabric is SO pretty, very flowy and soft. Not heavy. Perfect for the occasion. The only reason I took off one star is the belt. While the dress (size Large) fit perfectly even with a little extra room, the belt was way too small. I couldn’t even reach the first belt opening. Maybe it was a mix up and they sent the wrong one. Other than that, it is a GREAT dress. I just need to find a different belt for it.

Very cute dress. I purchased xs in black and it's alittle snug in the shoulder and bust area. The length was perfect. I'm 4'11" about 118lbs and have a pear shape. The belt isn't great quality. Wear with ankle strap sandals, gold jewelry, clutch bag. Nice for a casual event but need to look modest and put together. The material has a sheer top layer and solid underneath. Sleeves sheer. Button cuffs. Recommend if you're on the smaller side in bust area. Recommend.

I can't say enough good things about this dress, it's gorgeous! I love that it has a collar and the buttons are real, so you can adjust, as needed. There is a slip under the dress, so you don't have to worry about showing anything you don't want to. The skirt features beautiful pleating that hangs perfectly. I'm 5ft and about 120 lbs. I generally wear a size S, that's what I ordered and it fits great. The sleeves, I do have to roll up but that's to be expected with nearly everything I buy and is an easy fix. There is a button closure at the wrist, which helps. I ordered in Navy Blue and it is exactly as shown, a true Navy color. I love that this comes with a cute belt that you can take off. I've worn that belt with this dress, as well as other pants/outfits. I'd say this dress is a great deal and high quality, too! It has held up through many washes. I've opted to put this in a garment bag when I wash it and have hung to dry. That's worked perfectly! Would highly recommend this dress to anyone.

Pros: 1. Fits my figure perfectly: 5'3, 53kg, the waisline sits right at my waist, the length hits right at my calf like a maxi. 2. Material is soft, colour is subtle, the only too colour I would have chosen are this one and the light blue one. 3. The overall look is elegant and feminine. Cons: 1. The collar is too small, which makes it looks cheap and opposing to trends. Because it's small, its hard to get the wrinkles out. The material makes the collar looks floppy not crisp, can't hold its shape very well. 2. The shoulders could be better if have two thin shoulder pads. 3. The belt is of low quality, for this reason I have purchase a beige genuine leather belt, make sure it's a skinny one, that brings #4 4. The loops on both sides for wearing the belt are just made of some strings. 5. The stitching should be better at this price range ($80 CAD), I've bought $40 dress had better stitching job. I have to take out my small scissors to cut all the extra threads that sticking out. Conclusion: To keep or to return, that is a question. I'm still debating on it.

The dress is lovely but the description clearly stated that the belt would be included and yet it was not. I'm disappointed.

it looks good on body but especially top part is see thru, so be careful. I ordered the sky blue which is nice color but has this issue. I am writing this review for those this issue matters. also the belt was so flimsy and cheap looking which I had to buy a similar color belt separately for this dress and throw in the garbage its original belt which comes with the dress.
