Does this have parabens?

I don't know that. I used mine and through away the bottle. If you google the product you can actually see the ingredients if you enlarge the back label. I do that to a lot of things to see what is in it. You can always read a bottle at the store before ordering to be sure. I check ingredients before I put it on my face as you do.

What is the Percentage of retinol?

Look at the box, which I did throw away. Just look where the retinol is and if at the top or middle then it should be right. It really does not tell the percentage. I just always look to see where the ingredients are listed and it gives you an idea. This is just such a small tube for the price.
