What a PITA to diagnose and find. 1V at TPS and vac sensor instead of 5V and obviously no metering on the E4ME (they tick when metering) were my clues. Just used needle nose to twist and pull the broke one out, cut it off, stripped orange wire, crimped one of these new connectors on, inserted back in fuse block and screwed the fuse block back down. Reinserted fuse. Problem solved. Wire gauge was 20. If you need bigger terminals for larger gauge wire than 16, look at online electronics suppliers. They do carry them.
