Does it actually create a chemical reaction to dissolve rust? or is this just bs advertizing?** A: As all rust “eaters” go, I believe it breaks up the bond that rust creates so you can loosen what ever it is your working on. So far, this product works really well for me. **Q: Anyone ever use it on bicycle chain?** A: Free All is not recommended on bicycle chains as this penetrating oil is used to break down rust bonds. For a lubricating oil, please refer to our additional product - Lube-It All. **Q: Would this remove baked on grease from pans?** A: I can not give you 100% assurance that this will do exactly what you ask but I would make a wager that it would . Jay **Q: Does it remove rust from concrete?** A: Doubt this will work on concrete unless it's a very small patch. I used Muriatic Acid to clean my Dad's sidewalk that was completely rust stained from his well water lawn sprinkler system. You can get it a Lowe's, Home Depot, or most any local hardware store. ## Customer Reviews ### ⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐ Review *by W***S on 26 February 2026* THIS IS MY FAV PEN OIL!! ### ⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐ Review *by C***G on 12 November 2025* best penetrating oil ever thanks ### ⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐ Review *by A***R on 12 May 2024* Had a brush hog drive shaft that would not slide. Tried everything. Took it off and hung it up on a overhead hoist. Sprayed Free All between the two joints and with just a few taps on the bottom joint it freed up and it slid out. Put anti- seize on shaft before sliding back together. Works great now. So far it's worked great on everything I used it on. Great product. ## Frequently Bought Together - Free All Deep Penetrating Oil Rust Remover, Loosen Rusty Nuts & Bolts, Screws, Clamps, Pipes, 11 oz.
