These sports bras are very comfortable with a buttery soft material that gives a good amount of support. It does come with the inserts that can be taken out. It’s a small whole on the inside so you kind of have to wiggle them out but I really love these sports bras and would definitely buy them gain or in another color if they were to put out other colors. The back is stripy which looks nice with backless tops or a plunge in the back. Or if you just want to wear them as a top to the gym they’re very flattering.

Pros: 1. The material is soft and comfortable, and seems to be of a pretty good quality. If you have sensitive skin, this would probably work for you. 2. The overall design is nice and provides ample coverage, and it allows for free range of movement. This bra is not constrictive and movements do not feel stiff. Cons: 1. This bra runs big, the material is pretty stretchy, and the support is not the best. You aren’t quite “free-ranging”, but you’re not “high and tight” either. Order your regular size if you want a bra to lounge in, but order one or two sizes down if you want it for working out. 2. The padding is not what I would consider to be “high impact”, but more of a “medium impact” amount, and the cups are smaller than average. If you want to avoid the jiggle or any indecent “exposure” in cold weather, then I would highly suggest adding more padding and maybe larger cups as well. Overall: The value for the money is decent and it is easy to put on or take off, but you might consider other alternatives if you want a sports bra for intense workouts. I would wear this for walking or low-impact exercises, but not for anything beyond that. For reference: I am 5’4”, in the 205-210 lbs/92-95 kg range, and I normally wear a size large sports bra or a 36B/38B (depending on the brand). I ordered a large in this bra, but I believe I would have been much better off with a medium instead.

Absolutely LOVE this sports bra and I have been through SO many brands! I’m busty and the support and quality is great! I FINALLY found one that fits! It’s comfortable and the perfect size. So far, the durability has been great for the gym or wearing all day, instead of a regular bra. I usually hate removable pads but these haven’t moved or rolled up. Just get it!

I absolutely love these bras I have purchased several colors and will definitely purchase more. TTS fit with great support. These bras are double lined. I wear them to workout and for just everyday use. This is such a great bang for your buck!

A little tight but holds the girls in. Perfect for a run or HIT workout.

the best bra! i’m a size 34h or 36g and a size medium fit perfectly. i take out the flimsy pads but other than that this is the best workout bra i’ve ever owned. (you can leave in padding i just prefer it without). the support is fantastic and even withstands a run test which if you know you know is a big deal. this is the second time i’ve purchased this bra simply because i wear it so much i need one for when one is in the wash! it’s lasted a long time for me and still quality and support of the old one feels just as nice at the new one!
