The first grinder I got didn't work at all and it seemed like it was returned by someone else. Customer service reached out to me after I returned the grinder and sent me a brand new one without any extra charge. The grinder does an excellent job grinding so if someone needs a heavy-duty grinder I would recommend it.

lo he usado poco, pero es lo que esperaba. Muy ràpido. Se clavó la cuchilla con el sésamo, por estar demasiado tiempo moliendo. El fallo: el interruptor estaba puenteado adrede, de fábrica, supongo que era tan simple que daba problemas. Lo cambié por uno de lámpara; creo que el temporizador no debe servir como interruptor. A ver como se porta el acero. Tiene buena pinta.
