Great purchase, highly recommend!
Great tool! Absolute game changer for my health, flexibility and other workouts I do. My ankles and calves feel stronger and my range of motion when exercising has improved drastically as a result of this slant board. It's easy to use and can be packed away easily. Definitely value for money, sturdy and I like how you can adjust it to start low and work your way up. Highly recommend!

Good bit of kit
Nice, simple design. Feels sturdy, and comes with a handy sheet of exercises. Noticeable improvement in flexibility after using for a few days. I like that it folds away too.

It works!
Just love this! I run a lot and it has helped so much with stretching out before and after runs. I use it most days first thing in the morning to stet h my body and I’ve found I am now more supple and have less aches and pains!

Flimsy and overpriced
Absolute crap, got the product on 22 April, and I have used it about 5 times altogether, and the main board came off the screws, as shown in the photos. Think twice about ordering.

Ich empfehle dieses Brett für verschiedene Dehnungspositionen weiter. Es ist schön gemacht, vor allem aber stabil und leicht zu verstellen. Die Anti-Rutsch-Fläche macht das Dehnen einfach. Würde es wieder kaufen.

Great for stretches
I've had tight calves for years, would do endless stretches but the way I walk always tightens my calves. This board is such a game changer for me. Easy to use and really helps with the stretches. I've now moved up one level and have noticed it's easier for me to attempt a deep squat
