Best Investment in my fitness I've ever made!
Husband's review:I absolutely LOVE this machine! I own the PPC02 and its awesome. That said I sure wished I got the one with cables.FFW a year later and I saw this beast on sale around XMas and I pulled the trigger. I researched the Mikolo M4 as well as basically any and all other related cages and this one had way better youtube reviews as well as it's a company that I know and trust.Their customer service is excellent. Any and all issues I've ever had (very few) were handled promptly and in a friendly manner to my absolute satisfaction. Some people complained but my experience has been great. They're busy so you don't get an immediate reply but seriously email response day of or next day is awesome! And they care about their customers. It's very clear. If you're on the fence between this and the competitors I strongly suggest watching some comparison videos. It punches above its' weight on the price front. It's more stable. It's a better machine than the others at this price point and some above it.This thing is easy to build, it took me less time than it did to build my other cage that has far less features. It's well built. It's sturdy. One issue i had with my previous cage was it wobbled when doing certain exercises. Nothing unsafe but it was annoying. It LOOKS amazing! I sometimes just go in the garage and stare at it. Not kidding.the cables are pretty smooth (I didn't get the 2.0 so i don't have aluminum cables but I'm ordering them when they're in stock). Spend the extra hundred and get the aluminum. The vinyl are solid, no complaints. But it's worth it to get the aluminum from what others say.The smith is awesome! Didn't realize I'd like it so much as I feel like smiths are more for beginners but i was wrong. Great for learning new movements, working on form, etc.J hooks and spotter arms are well made. Smith bar works well. Pulleys are pretty smooth (will update when I get aluminum). Pull up bar is dope. The Landmine attachment is great. And the cable sliders work very well. May need to play around with the tightness of the knob but you'll get it fast. Don't go too tight or you'll scratch it up. And the storage hooks with the RitFit face plate bring it full circle. And it is sturdy. I need to stress that. I don't even have it bolted in and I've put a lot of weight on the spotter arms. It stays in place. I also have lever arms that used to rock my old cage even weighted down. On this not a chance. It may rock a tiny bit but it stays firmly footed.Overall its one of the best investments I've ever made. I'm excited to work out. I can do everything with it. It's beaitufil and the customer service is excellent. Also watch our for their Challenges! I just got a $600 gift card for their 21 Day Challenge! How many companies do that for their customers! Their FB page is a beautiful community as well.God Bless ya RitFit! Happy Customer!

Stellar Customer Service
The customer service was so good I want to mention it first.Shortly after my M1 System was shipped the reached out to make sure everything was ok. It wasn't because out of the 8 packages shipped one got misrouted. The other 7 arrived in short order and ahead of scheduled time since the product was shipped right away. They contacted the courier and after spending days in a warehouse across the country it started routing back to me. Asking me to report any further issues. They can not control mess-ups with delivery or how well the packages are handled when delivered. Because of this they put each part in bubble wrap, and tape down every binding cord holding the boxes closed. This prevents shifting, and leaving areas of the box unsupported, which causes the boxes to crumple due to weight and lack of care while in transit. Some of these boxes are very heavy so they will not be handled delicately. I bought a collapsible ladder at the same time and that box was destroyed, despite it being much smaller and lighter, because it lacked the care in packing.Customer service continued to follow-up with me and make sure things were progressing smoothly, even offering to ship a new package to replace the delayed one if it did not show at the new scheduled date. One part arrived broken after the cross country trip and after submitting picture they shipped a replacement right away.RitFit M1 & M1 Pro Smith Machine:Now for the home gym itself. I quit my gym membership thinking I could do most of my workouts with this now and save me the travel time.It is good quality for the price, but it is not gym quality. For my lat and back pulls, I need to use all the weights that come with this system. Fortunately that is enough because that is all that will fit on one of the pull cables. On the bench press, going about 200lbs, for me causes the bar to shake even on the glide rails, they are solid, but being over 6ft long, they bend. I feel like I am pressing directly up, but have only trained with free weights in the past, so there might be some shoulder rotation on lift.Part of this might be because my wrists are not always at same rotation. The reason for this is you need to rotate the bar to move the hooks off the pegs.... BUT the hooks are not fixed solidly to the bar, so how much they move can vary. To me this becomes a concern when finishing a set and wanting to hook these back on the pegs when muscles are exhausted and unable to keep weight up. Especially since strength decreases as twist wrists out of alignment.I would very much like to see some way to lock those hooks to the bar, so that rotation is guaranteed and constant. If you try to rotate and the hooks hit the pegs instead of over the pegs, the hooks stop moving and if they fall back, their weight keeps them from moving at all when bar is rotated. If you have a spotter this is not an issue, but living alone that is not an option for me.Other than that, this gym allows me to do most of the lifts I previously was only able to replicate at the gym, especially with the included attachments.I find it takes more discipline for me to get a full workout at home, than it did driving to a gym, but that is a me problem. The M1 delivers on everything it promises and will give results if used as intended.

Worth the money - be patient with delivery
Got the M1 Pro with the weight set. The power cage was delivered to me slowly, but I got everything to build it within 3-4 days. The total number of boxes was 9. I received the last box, being the cable tie accessories, about 1 month ish after the purchase. The weights took a little bit to get delivered also but I did get them. Customer service was very good. They responded within the day of my email and were always helpful. Be patient with the packages. Don’t expect everything to come quickly, especially if the weights are out of stock.Building was very easy, I did it by myself but I’m sure it’s easier with 2 people. Everything works well and the instructions were pretty straight forward.I say go for it if you’re thinking of buying this power cage, it’s good quality, I use mine every single day and haven’t seen any degradation. I can do a lot of workouts for every muscle group and the overall design is great. The only thing I will say is a negative is that if you are anything taller than 5’8” you will probably hit your head on the smith machine barbell if you put it all the way up when you’re not using it. Other than that, the aluminum wheels are good, the cables are smooth, smith machine is very smooth, the bench is padded with a lot of functions, and it’s a well rounded power cage.

Great product, but one issue.
Absolute great product. Their customer support communicates well. Expect a response in about 24-36 hours but I was impressed. One issue that I hope they fix, the cable rollers need to be able to go higher by at least one more notch. I have to sit on a step-stool to do any over head work out while using the cables. But I highly recommend this company.
