Very cold therapy, the large was too big for my leg but it was the only option, was ok when sitting but slid down when walking.

they are perfect to ice your knees you can chill them in the refrigerator ,if you want colder put them in the freezer. you want heat warm them up in the microwave

Highly recommend
This is second one I ordered. My hubby keeps taking mine to use so I got him one. It came highly recommended by my son who is fussy. I tried it loved how soft and cool it kept. My hubby uses on his back too! Highly recommended.

How to get proper size
I ordered a Large, but probably should have gotten a Medium. But itโs usable, as I can wear it over my pants as Iโm doing housework and it doesnโt slip down my leg.
