Super happy with it! Got it as a present for my mans birthday - he also loved it! If you follow the instructions and add the right amount of oil (I used coconut oil) and make sure it’s level it works perfectly had it on for a good couple hours. It’s a sweet compact little thing

Cleaning takes about 20 minutes, which is manageable, and all parts feel sturdy and easy to handle. Very pleased with it — adds a lovely touch to any gathering!

Great product very easy to use

I ordered this chocolate fountain for my daughter’s birthday and it was easy to set up and was easy enough to clean, but I do recommend cleaning straight away before the chocolate dries up, but even then it still came up nice and clean after a soak and going in the dishwasher. You will need at least 1kg of chocolate as I bought a 1kg bag of chocolate and we ran out and had to get more chocolate to keep the fountain flowing, so depending on the amount of people you have it’s best to get at least 2kg so you don’t run out. I’m happy with my purchase it’s the perfect size and I’m looking forward to using it again. Would definitely recommend
