Very dependable printer. I have used it every day for business for almost a year. If you follow the instructions and maintenance protocol, this machine will delight you! Just be sure to use high quality white ink. Customer service is reliable and always there. They will never leave you hanging.

Love it been using it now for 2 years and still working like a champ. Maintenance of the machine daily is recommended if you want the machine to be your best friend. Neglect it for a long time and it’s not game over but you’ll have a long winded cleaning process but thankfully now there are a boat load of YouTube videos to watch that cover a lot. (Especially the dual red lights) I get that error every 6 months but it’s quickly fixed but does take just a little bit of IT knowledge. It’s been durable but does get messy on the inside you won’t be able to fully clean it but getting the old ink up that solidifies is a must. Value is definitely there if you can put it to work. I have slow start but it’s brought me good sales.

I have had nothing but problems since I have received it. Constant paper jam, can’t even get through one print. It’s makes a very loud thudding sound when the print head is moving. The white ink never worked, and then the color stopped after a few try’s of printing. I have contacted seller, and they are unwilling to fix the problems wrong with the printer even tho there is a warranty on it. I spent 4 hours on a texting chat to try and find a solution to all of the problems this printer comes with and even after they said it’s not fixable they refuse to send me my money back or a new printer. They made me download a program to my computer that allows them to control my computer to try and get the printer to work. (Privacy issues).Also I bought a warranty through amazon that was for 3 years.. because the seller would not help me I thought I could use my warranty I purchased for 400$! Nope I was wrong, instead they told me that they do not cover my product because there is still a manufacturer warranty. And told me they are cancelling my warranty. (I would have never bought a product for 4k if it didn’t come with some type of actual warranty).AMAZON HAD LIED TO ME MULTIPLE TIMES. THE FIRST PHONE CALL THEY SAID THEY WERE GOING TO SEND ME A SHIPPING LABEL SO I COULD RETURN THE PRINTER. I WAITED 48 HOURS AND NO SHIPPING LABEL SO I CALLED AGAIN. THE SECOND TIME THEY SAID NO DONT WORRY ABOUT SENDING IT BACK YOUR GOING TO REVIEVE A FULL REFUND. THE NEXT MORNING I RECIEVED A EMAIL STATING MY REFUND GOR DENIED. WHICH LES ME TO CALL RHE SCAM OF A WARRANTY COMPANY. I CALLED AMAZON OVER 6 TIMES ABOUT THE ISSUE AND NOBODY IS WILLING TO RESOLVE IT.DO NOT BUY FROM THIS SELLER, they are not REPTABLE. DO NOT BUY THE WARRANTY AMAZON OFFERS, BECAUSE IT DOES NOT COVER THIS PARTICULAR PRODUCT!

Recieved my printer and its just what I needed! Works great and came with everything you need!

I love this printer! Although I had a few hiccups when I first got it. This dtf printer is amazing! The quality is super great! When I first got my printer I received the usb jump drives which is the instructions to install all the applications. They are very straight forward. One thing I struggled with is getting a hold of customer service. The only thing I could find was going to their website with a chat window. If you live in America like myself you will have to wait until 6 PM Central Standard Time for their office to open. I was getting nervous as I was not getting a reply and I got anxious. I went onto youtube and found an account where the user was replying constantly to people's random inquiries about the printer. I tried my luck and made a comment on how to get a hold of them. He gave me a phone number to call. I was very thankful for this. I got a hold of this person and he advised me to download a skype app on my phone. I did this and added the guy who answered this phone. He then asked for my order #, etc. I got added to a tech support group. They had me walk through videos and pictures they would send me to disassemble my printer to diagnose the problem. Luckily I was very handy and was able to do this. I know this may not be for all people. I am very thankful though as they were super friendly, patient as I asked what I felt like "dumb" questions. In the end, I was able to diagnose it and they sent me the part at no cost to me. I'm guessing it fell under warranty. Again, this problem WAS NOT the manufacture's fault. Something got dislodged during transport. The printer came in a super insulated trunk. Unfortunately these things happen. I am very greatful for their customer service. You do have to be tech savy to be able to communicate with them through skype and follow their instructions, take videos, pictures, etc. I would imagine that since they are from another country and there is a language barrier this is why they use Skype. Also they have an easy way of tracking the progress/history of my communication with them. Once everything was up and running like it should. The adding of the ink and following printing instructions is super simple. I am very please with this purchase and is very well worth it! I'm happy I chose this printer to start my business!
