I bought this and when I arrived, I realized I bought the wrong size and it came really big, so be careful and look at the measurements/title of the product. The quality is good, it’s very sturdy and transparent good for tracing and drafting

Fast shipment and product as stated. I was after the smaller set of Alvin elipses and some way to compare the different Alvin sets in relative size would be quite helpful!

Sometimes you need that extra edge beyond hand sketching skills, and I come back to these templates often. Personally I highly recommend the larger ellipse templates over smaller options (but both are even better!), and they give you a vast range of curve options for product design. For those that are interested in ellipse drawing skills specifically, I'd also recommend checking out the ellipse discussion in the Techniques of Scott Robertson DVD - Volume 1 Basic Perspective Form Drawing, and also the Illustrator's Ellipse Tips book by Timely (no. T-99). Two very different perspectives, but there is always some trick or insight that anyone can gain from good examples!

100 stars rating !!! I am uploading some pictures so you can judge the scale of the ellipse pannels, the full set is being displayed against of an A3 size pad !!! Than two more images of the shortest pannel, the 10 degrees one and the widest pannel, the 80 degrees pannel. As you can see, the 10 degrees pannel is roughly the width of an A4 pad while the 80 degrees pannel goes way beyond the A3 pad width. These ellipses are an absolute treasure, highly highly satisfied. This is the best investment I could possibly make in ellipses. I wanted to also be able to draw things like wheels / gears for vehicles that will fit an A2 size pad, now I definitely have the tools.

The plastic bag of the templates is completely broken which is really inconvenient to me. Because I must use another bag to carry those templates in the future.I am design student, so I have several different templates that I have to carry around. The parkage is important to me. If I can't arrange them very well, it gonna let me in trouble. Also, the express delayed one more week.

I purchased this for my brother. He loves the quality and their many uses. I just wish I bought them cheaper.

but he said it will help him learn to draw ellipsis, forms, figures and more. It amazes me to see a group of ellipsis eventually become a person, or a figure or something more fantastic. Do what you can to support your child's dreams, they are only limited by their imagination.

Good templates, my set arrived missing one of the templates and came with a double instead.
