The bag is the same as picture. My daughter loves it. Good zipper, lovely color, True to size. Lunch bag is right size, pink and zipper works great. Very nice for a toddler. Love it

Cute backpack great choice
My daughter loved this backpack, its been almost 1 year and still good the only thing ill say is the zipper area that damaged but my daughter still used and she can still open and close its just get stuck sometimes thats why im not putting 5 stars. Other than that is a great option, my daughter lived it she is 3 .

Broken zipper
My daughter absolutely loved this school bag, but was only able to use it a short period of time. There’s an issue with the zipper and the piece to the front of the school does not allow the zipper to properly gets stuck every day and now is even ripping. Only got a couple weeks out of the school bag and she is no longer able to use it because of the zipper malfunction. Would appreciate a replacement, but it says the return date ended yesterday. I would not recommend to buy this just because it will not last you long. Child loves it, but it’s very sad and disappointed that it broke so quickly. You can see in the picture the hard cardboard to the front of the school bag just busted through the seams that is where the zipper gets stuck every time she uses it
