Loved this product. Made LCD and Keto diet so easy. It’s a much much better product than Ketofy flour. This product has neutral taste therefore anything can be made of it.I used it to make parathas, chapatis, breads.I wish the owners reduce the price a little as it gets heavy on pocket for regular use.

Product is good as it is with low in carb. But how to use it for making food items. Can anybody suggest some recipes with this?

Not up to the mark , flax seed flour taste is dominating ,almond flour is very less which should be more in % , i think almond is only 5% ,flax seed flour is 80% and seasme seed flour 15% ,so not good at all ,they shud hv to improve the quality better make at home

I have used it just a few times only. However, as my doctor had recommended, very little quantity is required to give you a feeling of being full and satisfied. Whether my weight reduces or not, I will find only over some time.

It is really flax seed powder. They are charging ton of money on the name of keto product. We are all getting cheated by this product. Very minute amounts of the rest of the ingredients. Wasted money on this product. I got cheated by this product and don't want anyone to get cheated.
