Excellent Water Dispenser for Home and Office Use
Nice product overall. Delivery was slightly delayed, but that's okay. The hot water function works well, and the normal water dispensing is also good. The cold water cooling is quite fast — you can get chilled water within about 10 minutes. One useful feature is that when the water reaches its lowest cooling temperature, the cooling supply automatically disconnects, which helps save electricity. The cooling cabinet at the bottom works as expected. It is more of a cooling compartment than a full refrigerator, so don't expect refrigerator-level cooling. For keeping items cool gradually, it does a good job and I'm satisfied with its performance. Cool water from normal water slot
The water dispenser overall is good, but there is one issue that needs attention. Cool water is coming out from the normal water slot, which is unconvenient. This should be checked and rectified by the service team. Other than this problem, the dispenser works fine.

bluster shipped product without PDI and factory fitted Gas for cooling
The item was received in Dec. there was no jsntallation help or call received. We installed it ourselves. It was winter so the cold function was not checked and we even did not know what to check or not. Now in March when we required cold water, the dispenser was not cooling and when service engineer came he told that the product has been supplied without gas filled. I mean how a blue star product can pass PDI without a Gas. The service centre want to add gas and of course without charges. But why I should accept a product without factory fitted Gas. I request blue star team to attend and replace this product.
