Omega 3 capsules are good for health
Omega capsules with salmon fish oil are very good and healthy for seniors as this helps in controlling cholesterol, very good for eyes and joints, I have been taking since last 2/3 years and find it to be helpful, would recommend all seniors to have, as the price is very affordable.

Value for money. Nice product and genuine quality. Size is slightly bigger hence has to be swallowed carefully but that is expected since its 1000 mg capsule. I have never felt any bad aftertaste /burp. Overall good product.

Nice product after st botanica fish oil
Good product But capsules where stuck together had to separate it by hands. And little fishy burps just after taking it only for short duration

I used one bottle.nw i ordered 2nd one...its effect we cant explain accurately.basicaly it effects internal body system.i started using it for skin nd hair to fullfil deficiency of omega 3 fatty acids.yet i didnt find such miracle effects on skin nd hair by using iti reality it ll not show any miracle..it just fullfill deficiency by continuing taking it for months.so m continuing wid this..soon ll give review about its effects after taking it cntinsly for 3 months.plus point is this it has no side effect since m using it.

You must continue with this product
Easy to swallow...i suffered from throat infection due to changing location (i.e. water), pain in legs, pimples..i tried this for one month and literally see the drastic change. Location change doesnt get throat infection, leg pain is almost gone, reduce in pimples. But one must thing is to you have to continue with this product otherwise it should come back your problems as per my experience for this product.
