We have tried many product of plastic built, however all those product fail to meet our requirement and did not lasted for long. This product is a great product. Solid built. We expect durability too. This product is not available in the market too. Recommended purchase.

Overall product is good , good quality, excellent adhesion but the cling wrap doesn't tear off properly and you'll ultimately have to use scissors for it.

Quality of material good. Look very elegant. But the design needs improvements: 1. Paper roll on the last shelf keeps falling through. Even a child can see that it will fall. It needs 4 base rods to hold rather than only 2, or more simply a long 'through' rod like those given in the two upper shelves. 2. Why the last shelf has no cutter, beats me. 3. The gap between two upper shelves should be more; putting rolls inside is very inconvenient; unless one is very very alert, the sharp cutter teeth can make gashes on the hand skin. 4. Dispenser needs one more shelf; four rather than three . One for aluminium foil, one for cling roll, one for paper roll and a fourth for non-woven washable wipe roll. All in all the deficiencies are in the design, not in quality or workmanship which are good. A four shelf dispenser would be much more useful.

Installed today , very easy to install and looks a very sturdy product, has cutting edges for alluminium foil and cling film .just a suggestion to manufacturer, please provide one more clip for wall mounting as purchased by me from market as shown in photo, this will add into additional support at lower end .

Product is sturdy but not suitable if you plan to install it in inner side of kitchen cupboard/ cabinet/tall unit door as it might loosen the hinges. And there should be protective cover for blades as it's very dangerous.
