The Toner doesn't mention concentration of the main active ingredient: Salicylic acid and Niacinamide. Other Ingredients aren't listed as well, so I attached a photo for future buyers. Btw it contains added fragrance. The lid was wrapped with a plastic covering, only. The inside of cap is already punctured (or idk a better word). It's like you can open the lid and use the toner immediately. Removing the whole lid+cap is also fairly easy. Probably no air tight mechanisms! It was also wet and leaking, which is probably why lots of people in the reviews complaint of it being half empty! Will update again after using the product for 1 week. So far so good! No skin irritation!

Non stingy!!!!! I love the smell and the feels! Because it's non-alcoholic, it doesn't leave my skin as dry as my other toners did. Although I'm not sure about the clearing action, maybe the BHA % is too low so I've been getting spots here and there. Which is weird. I apply with cotton pad.
