I've been very impressed with my SmartStitch Embroidery Machine 1001! It's user-friendly, even for someone still learning embroidery, and the stitch quality is consistently clean and professional. The machine runs smoothly, and I appreciate how easy it is to upload designs and get started on projects. I've used it on a variety of materials, and it has produced beautiful results every time. The features are intuitive, and the overall quality has exceeded my expectations. Technical Support is beyond anything I have ever experience before. There is a Facebook group to connect with others. Plus, you get your own group of Technical Support for help anytime you need it. And can we talk about the YouTube Videos. There is a video for everything you can think of like setting up your machine to embroidering your first hat. If you're looking for an embroidery machine that offers great performance, reliability, and excellent value, I highly recommend this machine. It's been a wonderful addition to my crafting setup, and I'm excited to continue creating with it!

Amazing machine! I had one year of experience with a Brother single needle. The included one on one training was amazing and my support team has quickly answered and helped solve any problems I've run into. It is intimidating to look at but very user friendly. Quieter than my single needle and SO MUCH FASTER. Very happy with my purchase!

Great machine. Arrived pretty fast. Easy to thread.so far it's durability is great great price range .the only thing that I personally would suggest is that the hoops were different and it actually came with auto needle threading. Size is great

Anytime I’ve reached out, customer support has been responsive and helpful, which is reassuring to know they’re there when needed. I will say, you may need to do a little digging for tutorials but there are some great ones out there. I’ve found really helpful videos on TikTok and YouTube for specific projects, and there are also Facebook groups where people share tips, ideas, and troubleshooting advice. It’s been easy to find guidance when I need it. Overall, this machine does everything I want it to do and more. It runs smoothly and creates beautiful, high-quality projects every time. I truly have no complaints and would absolutely recommend it to anyone getting into embroidery or looking to upgrade!
