I just love this stupid thing. It'll do 2000 sq ft of flooring on a charge and it'll tell you what it needs. Make sure to buy several sets of rollers. I use 5 sets. They are machine washable. AND READ THE MANUAL. Not everything is immediately obvious as to how to use it, but you can literally mop with one finger. What a work saver.

Broke after 5 month of light use, maybe used 5-6 times at max. We followed every instruction to respect it and one day it just quit dispensing water. 750$ in the trash. Im never going to get over it so pissed.

Rollers clean, no drama. Used this way, the machine keeps performing like new. It’s efficient, convenient, and genuinely simplifies hard-floor cleaning instead of turning it into a chore. Bottom line: Maintain it like you would any decent piece of equipment and it just works. A year in, this is still an easy recommendation from Kärcher. Who knew mopping could be this fun? This work of art is fun to use. The opposing brush rotation makes the unit seem weightless when moving across your floors. Now, let’s address the elephant in the room: the price. Yes, it’s expensive. But honestly? The satisfaction of watching it tackle grime with its dual-roller wizardry is worth every penny. The Kärcher FC7 has officially turned me into someone who volunteers to mop.

The product worked extremely well. The dual rollers setup (clean and collect) leave the floor clean and shine. The charge last longer than anticipated! Tip-buy extra rollers for rooms that highly trafficked like our Kitchen and use other rollers for other rooms. Highly recommended.
