Do the fans blow up or down? my ltop fans blow "into" the ltop, so i would hope these also blow up so the fans don't compete against each other

where are the USB connections located?

Hello Anna, Thank you for your question. There is no actual USB port on the cooling pad. As LesC indicates, there is a cable that is connected directly to your computer.
