Broke after 7 months -- but they replaced it🙂
*UPDATED* About a week after writing and giving a 2-star review due to it breaking, the seller/company reached out and offered to replace my defective toothbrush. So I have changed my review to 5-stars, because I truly do enjoy this toothbrush and all it has to offer. ** If this expensive toothbrush didn't stop working after 7 months, it would have a 5-star rating. I love that it actually tells you where you've brushed and where you've missed. When I first got this toothbrush, I experimented with it to see if it *actually* knew where I was brushing. And I was surprised that it actually worked! It definitely has helped me refine and improve my brushing technique. But about 3 weeks ago, it kept showing that I still needed to brush my lower molars, even though I was definitely brushing them. Over the last 2 weeks I have been trying to problem solved to see what's wrong: I've recharged it fully, changed the brush head and even *only* brushed my bottom molars for 2 minutes. And the result has been the same: the toothbrush indicates that I still need to brush my bottom molars while the rest of my teeth were brushed accurately . (I will also add that I don't travel with this toothbrush, it has never fallen, I always put it in the same spot in the bathroom, so there is nothing that I did that could have caused this issue.). Sooo, something is clearly wrong with the sensors in my tooth brush. And I don't know how to get in touch with the manufacturer to see how they can remedy this. Because right now, my $80 toothbrush is no different than a cheap $8.99 one from Walmart. Sure it cleans my teeth, but the "smart" part of the toothbrush is not working . For $80, I fully expected this toothbrush to last several years....unfortunately, it lasted 7 months. If they can replace this, I would easily change my rating to 5 stars.

Great toothbrush
This is a fabulous toothbrush. I like how it vibrates at 30 second intervals to have you move to a new quadrant in your mouth, it offers different settings for how you like to brush your teeth, it tracks how well you've brushed and shows spots you missed AND the battery life is unbelievable. I've had it 4 months so far and have yet to charge it - says it has a 6-month battery charge so time will tell..... Super easy to use - turn it on and go and easy to change your brushing settings if necessary.

usmile Y10 Pro — One-Year Real-Use Review
I’ve been using the usmile Y10 Pro for about a year, brushing twice a day, and there are a few things worth mentioning from long-term experience. First, the battery life is excellent. With my usage, it typically lasts two to three months before showing a low-battery reminder, which is very impressive. The built-in LED screen was a feature I didn’t think I needed at first. It shows the “completion rate” of each brushing session. Surprisingly, this feature turned out to be extremely helpful—it actually motivated me to improve my brushing habits and aim for 100% every time. The good news is that I really did build a better brushing routine because of it. The strange part is that after a year, no matter how carefully I brush, it never reaches 100% anymore. It seems like the internal gyroscope or sensor is no longer working properly. Another issue is the noticeable decline in power. In the beginning, the brushing amplitude was strong enough that simply rinsing the toothbrush allowed it to shake water off easily. Now the vibration is weaker and no longer has that effect, which clearly shows the motor performance has degraded. Overall, the Y10 Pro has a stylish design and some genuinely innovative features, but the long-term reliability still needs improvement. It’s a great toothbrush when new, but durability is something the brand should work on.

Stopped working in only 5 months
UPDATE- after leaving my review Amazon showed an offered discount for this product at which it would cost $20. I think that is ridiculous considering that I already paid $80 for a defective one. I bought this in July of 2025 and it stopped working in November. For $80, and seeing how many people on TikTok and in the reviews were saying it was amazing, I was very disappointed it only lasted about 5 months. I really liked it at first and my teeth felt very clean, especially with how it tells you areas you may have missed when brushing. In November, though, the indicator stopped working and it continuously has said my molars are not clean no matter how long or how effectively I brush. I tried charging it but that didn’t help either. Also, the app that goes with it never worked from the beginning for me. Again, I’m very disappointed and annoyed that I’ve wasted so much money.

Intelligente? NO, è solo marketing.
