I’m not new to micro-needling, this was a replacement for my old one. I try to replace at least once a year as the needles will dull with use. This item feels of good quality, it rolls nicely on the skin. The rolling mechanism is smooth and stable. Cannot find any fault. Have only been using it for two months. Not much change so far. The instructions are confusing. Protect probably best to conduct your own research for hire often you should use.
