This ball is wonderful. I am a personal trainer and work with seniors. This little ball is nice and portable. My clients love them. I put it between their knees and they give it a good squeeze as one of the many exercises we do. Taking the pump out and putting the plug in without losing air is little bit of a challenge. However I prefer them to be a little soft so they don’t slip. Great product.

After going to a couple barre classes, I wanted to do some of the workouts at home. I already had most of the props, just needed the ball. This is perfect for that use and more. It's also useful in place of my magic circle, when I don't want to pull it out, for some of the squeezing exercises. I can also use it for my PT exercises as well. I'm not keen on the inflation method so I'll probably not be deflating it to tote it along (it'll fit in my duffel inflated).The price is pretty good and what I was expecting to pay for a ball of this size.

The only downside to this is how you fill it. There's a little straw provided with the ball but if you have another type of inflation device, it will probably be a better option.

Basic but good pilates ball. They give you the cutest little straw to blow it up. Can inflate to desired firmness.Just a basic ball.

It is easy to fill. It is the perfect size. Good quality ball. I like it a lot. There isn't much more I can say.I would repurchase it.
