Disappointed with Delivery - Broken Fridge Received
⭐ 1 Star – Damaged Product Delivered | Very Disappointed I purchased this LG refrigerator expecting quality from a reputed brand, but I was shocked to receive a damaged product right out of the box. The corner of the fridge was cracked, which clearly indicates poor handling during transit or lack of quality checks before delivery. I had purchased this fridge for my parents’ home, and receiving a defective product has caused unnecessary stress and inconvenience. For a brand like LG and a platform like Amazon, this kind of experience is highly disappointing. We trust Amazon for safe and reliable delivery, but this time, it completely failed. Also, the return/replacement process is not smooth. Instead of a quick solution, it feels like a long, frustrating loop of approvals. When we invest in essential home appliances, we expect peace of mind — not damaged goods and extra burden. I sincerely hope Amazon improves its packaging and delivery checks, especially for large appliances like refrigerators. I do not recommend buying this model unless you're ready to risk damage and delays.
