This is better quality than most. It feels like a reflective vest construction workers use. It's insanely adjustable. I love how even the shoulders can be adjusted. I am 5'9" and 305lbs and it fit me (a little snug, but it did) my sister us 5'4 and 125lbs. It also fits her quite nicely. She likes to use it out jogging in the summer heat because it's lightweight and breathable. It helps her keep cool. I like using it for work. We walk a lot outside and the 120°F Arizona summers are tough. The versatility of size is a game changer. It is designed for continual use. With 20 ice packs, you can refill and refreeze continuously throughout the day. You'll never be without cooling ice packs ready for you. Just out the old ones back in the freezer when you get a new set. It's a great buy that will keep you cool and also last a long time

my husband ordered this and it works! he can do construction in our sweltering attic. it comes with individual ice packs that can be used for other needs too, in addition to putting them in the various pockets of the vest.

Nice and cool

This is a nice adjustable vest with a set of 20 ice packs. The vest holds up to 6 ice packs at a time, 2 in front on the chest, and 4 on the back. Not sure if the value is there for $28-30, as the vest material and build quality is pretty low, which is why I took off a star. If you are working construction or hard on your gear, this vest may not last a long time. All of that said, it's nice that this set comes with so many extra ice packs. You get at least 3 full change-outs of ice packs before you run out. A very refreshing option for lasting longer in hot environments, so even at $30 a year for a new vest, this may be totally worth it for you.

Vest is fine, holds 6 ice packs. Ice packs must be filled with water (which turns into gel) and frozen before use. Once filled, they don't exactly fit in the pouches and allow the velcro to close the pouches, so sometimes when bending over, an ice pack will fall out. Very cheap option to an electric ice vest, and it comes with 3 exchanges of ice packs (18 of them), allowing for about 6-8 hours of cooling. Obviously need to keep the extra ice packs in a cooler if you're away from home for the day.
