Colothin is an amazing product. I have lost 26 pounds so far on it. Although it can be expensive, I've tried other stuff and it just didn't work. Colothin works wonders for me. I have ordered these at least 3 times and lost a lot of weight taking it along w/ exercise. It cleanse your digestive system put not as harsh as a laxative. I take one twice a day( morning and before bed).
