The pedialite is power packs are great to have on hand at home, in case you get wallop with one of today's bugs,so you'll need to keep fluids flowing, I use them for hiking and just in general fluid intake for all types of weather, yes you can drink it hot to in winter, im lucky I got this three pack, the driver just threw it out of the truck behind my garbage cans, I could hear the booming music from the truck, so AMAZONS HERE,
