Easy to swallow and comes in different sizes
They seem to work really well for me. Easy to swallow, I have a hard time taking bigger pills so these are 10/10 for me. Soft. No odor, dont seem to have side effects. Not bad price and best part i like you can get a 2 or 3 month supply.

Read the Label. Artificial Dyes Included
well, I haven't started taking this particular MultiVitamin yet and I'm already irritated that I missed the ingredients list. I was so focused on trying to find a capsule or a gel cap that I missed the FD&C Red 40 and the FD&C Blue 1! Both of these are primarily derived from Petroleum. FYI real food based dyes like Beet Powder and Turmeric could be used instead which aligns BETTER with a Health product. So disappointed right now. WHY is this OK? Regardless of the nutrient value, I don't know one person that would think adding artificial dyes to something like a Multivitamin is a "healthy" choice?! I'm stuck now. Have to ride it out until it's all gone. I've already spent the money, no returns unless it arrives damaged. As soon as it's gone though I'm moving on to a more responsibly made product. Won't buy this one again. The search continues for an effective, useful and thoughtfully made MultiVitamin. the dumb stuff company's do never stops.
