Some of the best ceremonial Matcha that I have tried. Out of the can you can smell the freshness. It’s has a lovely earthy but floral scent. Even some slight citrus notes. It has a medium bright green color. Very pigmented and has the consistency of eyeshadow, which is key Very nice. Even the taste of the raw powder on the palate is clean and only a slight bitterness. For the best taste experience, first mix the powder with half a once of filtered water at room temperature to buffer the tea, then mix with hot water. The flavor was that fresh, umami, silky, floral, ever so hint of sweetness and taste we associate with quality ceremonial matcha. It does have a slight bitterness. It is very enjoyable without any sugar or other added ingredients. It’s great on a cold morning with hot water just as is. But this matcha is even lovelier with a little bit of sweetener, milk, etc. it makes delicious iced or hot Matcha lattes, smoothies, etc. One of my favorite applications is having it in sunny afternoon with a splash of fresh citrus juice like pineapple or orange with sparkling water over ice. So refreshing. Another favorite is a strawberry matcha latte. Real Matcha loses it’s freshness very quickly so this size can is perfect for me. I love tea so I use way more than the recommended 1/2 teaspoon per serving haha so my can finishes quickly. For the price, Crafti is a great value. I would definitely recommend to all matcha lovers.

Edit: I tried this matcha twice now, and it’s perfect! No lumps, excellent taste, froths well! Everything you could imagine. I used one teaspoon, and 20 oz of water heated to 160°F, sifted the teaspoon of matcha into a matcha bowl, used my bamboo whisk, and poured over milk with a bit of agave nectar. I’m very pleased with the results. This is fine matcha! /// This appears great and high quality, I haven’t tried it but will do a side by side to see how well it froths compared to the matcha I have on hand. I will come back with further information, so far it smells and looks wonderful.

I don’t often write reviews. In fact, I hate writing reviews. It’s probably the worst thing. But let me tell you this Matcha is probably the best Matcha that I’ve ever tasted and have purchased on Amazon. I tried other matches and don’t give me wrong. They are all somewhat all right, especially if someone that doesn’t know what the hell they’re doing, but this Matcha so good and I mean so good this Matcha is so good. I feel like I would pay for a sponsorship from them, I would even sponsor them. I know this doesn’t make sense, but it makes sense to me thank you crafti you are by far the best tasting the most glorious, and in fact the most rewarding Matcha experience I’ve ever had it’s to the point you make me want to buy tickets to Japan so I can get Matcha in person. Sincerely your probably not number one fan but number one enjoyer the T-Rex.

this matcha powder has been the top one for me as of right now. it's such a nice shade of green and it's not too sweet and not too bitter! It whisks very smoothly and helps with balancing my cortisol while giving me that slight boost of caffeine. It's also very yummy mixed with sugar free English toffee syrup!

I was a barista for 8 years and this matcha is a high quality grade. Bright green and rich in flavors and EGCG phytonutrients . I would most definitely buy again !

Mixed nicely but it kept settling in the bottom of my cup. I didn't think a ceremonial grade should do that. I'm new to making Matcha so maybe I didn't blend the tea well enough to begin with? The tea powder is a nice vibrant color but I thought it looks a little yellow around the top of the pouch opening. I made sure to whisk it until it was good and foamy as instructed. Added a little honey and lavender flavored syrup for sweetness along with a lavender cold foam on top, delicious! Over all, it has a good smooth taste, has that earthy slight grassy flavor, smooth texture. Overall I think it's a good product with a fair price point.

High quality. Not bitter. Energizes and also relaxes. I enjoy a matcha latte with a touch of vanilla agave syrup in the morning and late afternoon. Price increased since my last purchase 3 weeks ago.
