Found package to be heavy 24kg net/29 kg gross,so best to unpack upstairs for bedroom ,comes with a plug & flex 6'7"or 201mm ,window vent 1.8 m or 72",need unit to settle 48hours before use my model has a cool/ heat feature manual or remote control temps etc

It's ok, but would be much better if: * more (lower) fan settings. the fan is the main source of noise and only low/high options available, both of which are pretty high. more lower speed fan settings needed * when the unit reaches the target temperature, the compressor switches off, but the fan continues. as the fan is the main source of noise, this is far from ideal and also wastes energy. It should simply switch off when it reaches the target temperature * sleep mode doesnt meaningfully add much, as it just switches the fan to Low, whch is still pretty high and still very noisy. As above, would benefit from a much lower fan speed. * show the current temperature on the unit and app, rather than just the target temperature.

Great air conditioners! My room is lovely and cool, the attachments provided fitted our window perfectly. It is a bit noisy but I love white noise, so it actually helps me sleep. Love it 😁

It cools well, but it is not quiet. The adhesive on the universal window kit - the one that most people will need - is useless. We cleaned the PVC frame and casement, let it dry and carefully applied the self-adhesive velcro strip. It came away in an hour.
