Just opening up the bottle gave off a terrible smell. The gummies themselves taste like straight gelatin with a vague meat-like flavor. Overall awful. There are other gummies on the market with the same amount of NAC and I would literally recommend any other brand.

Anyone who has taken NAC knows that smell. These gummies still have a little smell but not that bad. I guess if there was no smell I would wonder about the quality and if you were actually getting true NAC. This really is a good price since NAC can be pretty pricey. I started taking NAC in powder form and would mix it with water/juice but it was so hard getting down due to the smell. I switched over to capsules, they were easier to get down but pretty pricey compared to the powder. Now that I discovered the gummies, this for me is the best way to get my daily dose of NAC. The gummies are soft and easy to chew and just have a very slight orange flavor. Best of all, they’re sugar free. The reason I gave it 4 stars is that the dose is 1,000 mg and that’s a bit less than the daily dose I was currently taking and I don’t want to take more than what they recommend.

My only complaint is they stick to each other. I wish they withs be "sugared"

I consider myself pretty tolerant to taste, if it’s something healthy and this one is literally so gross to eat. I don’t know if it because I bought them in the middle of summer and they came messed up, or if they made them to smell like some nasty, meaty, protein smell that also transfers to the taste.
