Sobre os 3 produtos com seu nível avanço são muito bom, porém, as borrachinhas já não me serviram, elas deslizam demais quando vai mastigar, esses em específico que não me agradou e não me serviu. Já o outros que tem um suporte maior, serviram e deram um resultado muito rápido, recomendo fazer 5 minutos uma vez no dia, dando sempre um descanso nesse período.

Honestly a great workout for your jaw, but if you have a small mouth like me the size is a little too big, making it suction on the inside of my cheeks and messing with my gag reflex. Otherwise it's super sturdy and great for a jaw workout!

I believe this set of jaw exercisers are great! They worked for me. I will make sure to post before and after for 30 day program they include. Let's see of they give the results because that's what we are after right? Also, these don't have chemical taste to them to me, I washed with hot water and soap and worked fine for me. I also have seen comments on them sticking to cheeks on the side, YES, this does happen if you keep your mouth closed. All you have to do is keep your mouth slightly open and you are 100% good. I got a good jaw workout. Also some saliva might come out of the side, make sure to have a napkin or paper towel near by to help with that. Don't expect NOT to go through that, I mean its in your mouth LOL. Great product!
