My mother in law foreced me to buy it and try it, since she is recovering from the surgery and looking fro a different ways to improve her health. Everybody in my family tried these pads for a night. Easy to apply and adhesive is very sticky. Safe for your bedding. My sleep was great and everybody admitted that they feel more energized. I am not an expert, but I hope it took out some bad thing from my body. I do think these are made better than others I tried. The adhesive stays put well without being difficult to remove next day. (I tried others that didn't stay in place, yet it was hard to wash off the glue.)Regardless of brand it takes a few washings to get the smell off my feet. It's not a horrid odor, just -- not perfume. To me it smells like the seasoning on curly fries. LOL.
