Much better than the wet kind. Fifteen minutes from boiling point you get really enjoyable and healthy al dente pasta with almost no calories. Just add marina sauce or spaghetti topping you like. BUT, ad claims SIX boxes for the price. Only one was sent. Amazon gave me a refund. There are much better deals on this great pasta elsewhere.

For gluten free, the best option. Since they have been dried the texture is similar to regular pasta. However more expensive than most with delivery costs. Difficult to find in everyday markets.

I didn’t use it yet, but it looks like a great product to use in a salad I want to make at some point.

Definitely noodle-luke in texture (maybe a little more al dente than usual. Needed a little time/playing around to get flavor going. Much better for Asian applications than Italian, but overall a good substitute for a small amount of carbs

I need to limit Carbs which basically eliminate pasta from my meals. I have tried many substitutes and these top my list. I won’t say they taste like pasta, but they have a great texture and soak up the flavor of the water (salt/pepper) and the added sauces. 2 real important items, water needs to be rolling boil when you add the Shirataji and you need to leave it in the water for 15 minute. It is best at 15, too early or late does change the texture.

It said 6 comes with it, I only received 1. Sooo disappointed and I should’ve listened to allll the other reviews that complained about not getting their full quantity.

Contains potato starch and carbs; texture mushy, not chewy like pure konjac shirataki. Returned to my favorite water-packed konjac shirataki.

This is a really good product. I tried the shiritaki that is not died and definitely not as good. Very happy and will definitely buy them again.

I bought this because I wanted a low carb option to eat with stir fry, etc. This product is gross. It's like chewing rubber. No matter how long I boil it, it doesn't change. Huge waste of money. It went in the garbage.

I like this. The noodle takes a while to cook but its not mushy. Way less carb then normal pasta noodle. I would recommend 👌

Very good, a little expensive though

These are an incredible alternative to traditional pasta. The trick for me was to boil the H€ll out of them in salted water. They're best when they turn completely clear. There is no taste which is perfect for sauces. The texture is like when you bite down into thick rice noodles. There's a bit of chew. The boxes are light but there's 3 servings per box. Add a protein and vegetable and you have a really great meal. I will absolutely be a repeat customer. Highly recommend.
