The fill of this pillow allows it to contour to your neck perfectly. I find the acupressure spikes to be so beneficial for easing my muscle tension.

So painful, so nice!
Oh I love this thing so much! Only issue is that the spikes have some unintentional ridges on them that tear my hair when try to sit up. Otherwise it’s great.

I have tried a generic version and there IS a difference. This is no gimmick. Alleviates muscle cramps and actually drained my sinuses when placed under shoulders and base of my skull. I cannot recommend Shakti enough.

My son loves it
Bought for my son who has a bad back. He already uses the shakti mat and loves it. He says 20 mins on mat and pillow before bed and he has the best nights sleep.

I ordered level 2. It arrived and i just felt the acupressure with my hand. Really hard. I had Delusions of granduer . Ret'd it right away. Not for me.

Super Entspannungspolster
Ich liebe diesen Polster auch wenn ich am Anfang ein wenig über den Geruch irritiert war, trotzdem vergebe ich die vollen Sterne denn der Geruch lässt auf jeden Fall nach. Notfalls wird er ein wenig eingesprüht. Ich liebe diesen Polster einfach und daher ist mir das auch relativ egal. Man kann einfach sooo gut darauf entspannen und genau das zählt für mich am meisten. Habe noch eine Matte aber von einer anderen Firma und beides zusammen ergibt Entspannung pur. Nach einem stressigen Tag ist das die beste Entspannung.
