The product description is completely wrong. The received laptop is much lowered specs. Now have to deal with unnecessary hassle of return and refund.

The description is slightly wrong but in a good way. This laptop actually came with a 14th-gen I9-14900hx. It is smooth as butter. Update. I now have some time under it and Lenovo had to send someone out to replace the motherboard. It was fixed pretty quick. This is a good laptop runs Vectric and any game I play smoothly.

Don't buy the product, Lenovo does not want to cover the guarantee. Less than 10 months and I had to send it for repair, told me there was a problem with the motherboard. Computer freezes unexpectedly sometime after start or after a few hours.

I have been using this laptop for over a year now. It still works good for the most part. Just this week I have been having some issues that appear to be energy/power related as far as I can tell. My keyboard stopped working and I had to restart the PC several times for it to get fixed (leave the power button pressed for 30 seconds while the laptop is unplugged), also the audio has been having some interference noise. I fixed it by changing the energy plan (the computer decided to run at 5% energy for some reason. I changed it back to 100%). Also, a problem that has been around since the beginning, is that the computer stutters a bit when it is unplugged, even if the batteries are at 100%, and yesterday the batteries would not charge past 95%, which is odd. This had never happened before...I still don't know how to fix that. The computer works well and all these issues were minor and for the ones that I could fix, the fix was easy once I googled it, I just thought that these issues were worth noting, on a PC that is just one year old. Hopefully they aren't a big deal and they don't happen again. That was scary. The keyboard stopped working while I was in the middle of my shift. Caused a little emergency at my work. A couple of things that I do not like is that it overheats a lot (80 Celsius) and the battery dies quickly when gaming (30-60 min max). I do not know if this is normal for all laptops and I just work with a fan pointing at the computer's side vent. Another thing is that the computer also has bottom vents and they gather A LOT of dust. I'm talking about literal dust bunnies. The size of the screen is a bit small for my taste, but I figured that anything bigger wouldn't be portable. The size of the keyboard is just fine for my hands and the keys are comfy, it also has a numeric keyboard which I find very important for my work. I like the color and I absolutely love that it has a subtle shutter for the camera. Never seen one like it in a laptop before.
