Very good , Quick heat and Long time Use, MOre than 1 yr and still working;(
I Bought it before 1 year still working, heating in just 3-4 min. Cloth and Sweing Qly is very good. Cord is short less than 1.2 foot, have to add extension. yOU CAN use for more than 20 min. after 3 min heating. Price is good as compare to local market so i would not regrate to purchase it. JUST TAKE IT.

Average product
Heats well but the cloth came off in a month's time. Would be better if cloth stitching is durable.

BAD QUALITY PRODUCT
We bought the product and on the third day the cloth gave way. after three days the other side cloth also tore apart. We had purchased for travel and hence could not call for return also. Just back and now I see that the return window is closed on 26th September. The product warranty is there then the company should replace the product and ensure that in future it's made with quality parameters . Secondly, the cord length is too small. If the plug point is high then one has to hold it in hand. Thirdly the plug insert point on the bag is protruding out which hurts when put under the back.Photos att. Please avoid buying.
