Brilliant service. I had an email saying it was to be delivered and when I hadn't received it I contacted the seller. The seller replied within an hour (it was out office hours as well) to say it would be with us the next day as royal mail sometimes expect it a day earlier. It arrived the next day. The slate is quite thin but once it's on the wall that doesn't matter. Time will tell how long the laser printing will last but right now it looks great.
