Ever since I started taking this about two and a half months ago, one scoop daily, my skin is clearer. I have little to no breakouts anymore when I used to get the occasional one or two a week. My nails used to be so flimsy and bend almost backwards with little pressure, now they are stronger and can actually hold length without breaking or cracking. My hair was thin and fine, easily breaking with barely any new growth happening monthly, now I look fuzzy and fluffy from all the new baby hairs. I only noticed the difference when I started taking this supplement. I truly believe the collagen peptides help.

I am on my 3rd bag of this, I absolutely love it. My hair is getting longer faster, and my skin is so much better. I love the taste (Mixed Berries) and how smoothly it dissolves, there is no clumps at all not even in the bottom, it mixes great, I usually drink it with water but you can put it anywhere, the taste is great. it also has some probiotics, hyaluronic acid as well as resveratrol so you have it all in one bag. my only down side is that it doesn't have a bigger bag, if I could buy a 5lb bag I would. 5 stars, 100/10 recommend, getting another bag delivered tomorrow.

It's hard to establish a routine when a supplement doesn't taste good. But I'm happy that this actually tastes great! The only problem I have is that it gets clumpy and it's hard to mix it so I have to scoop out the bigger chunks 5 minutes into mixing. So I'd probably get a mixer for this or a brother. I have the mixed berry flavor and I like to add it in to a glass of juice.

I PURCHASED THE MIXED BERRY 3 TIMES IN 2024 LOVED THE TASTE. I JUST RECENTLY PURCHASED THIS LAST WEEK AND IT TASTES HORRIBLE! ALTHOUGH THE PACKAGING WAS SLIGHTLY DIFFERENT (AND I KNOW THIS SOMETIMES HAPPENS) I KNOW I PURCHASED THE SAME ITEM BECAUSE I PURCHASED IT THROUGH MY ORDER HISTORY. I DON'T KNOW WHAT HAPPENED TO THE INGREDIENTS BUT IT IS NOT THE SAME. SOMETHING DEFINITELY CHANGED! I WISH SELLERS WOULD STOP CHANGING INGREDIENTS.
