I know it’s weird to be passionate about coasters... but I was so sick of our old coasters! They allowed liquid to pool at the base of my glass and then drip on my shirt or pants as I pick up my beverage. EVERY SIP. Most coasters are useless against the condensation. But not these babies! These coasters have never let me down! No matter how frosty cold my beverage is, these coasters soak up all the cup sweat! Not once has my drink dropped a drip since these things came into my life. Also they don’t get liquid under them and slide on the table. They stay put, since the silicone is rubbery. I haven’t had to put them in the dishwasher yet because they still look brand new, despite their daily use and one year anniversary approaching. I’m super pleased with my purchase, would recommend them to anyone, and will buy more if I ever need more coasters (but I think these will last a long time).

I've used the soapstone coasters for years. And for years I've complained about pools of moisture and the coaster sticking to the glass when I pick it up. I bought these (dark blue - lovely color, btw) to fix the drips of condensation whenever I take a drink. Works BEAUTIFULLY!The felt pad absorbs the condensation so that I'm not picking up a soaked (still some moisture, no way around it) glass and I'm not being dripped on while trying to have a drink. The coaster itself is rubbery so that it doesn't shift on the table. If you want to move it, you will have to pick it up and move it rather than trying to slide it to a new spot. The felt pad sits in a 'notch' inside the rubber opening so that it doesn't lift out with your glass. It IS easily removable, however, for washing or flipping over.All in all, I recommend ditching the soapstone and going for this. You will NOT be sorry.

This coaster is great for 3 reasons:1. it protects the table from water damage2. is does not stick to the glass when I pick it up3. it absorbs water from the glass so that condensation from the glass does not drip on me as I tilt the glass to drink itIt is also easy to keep clean and dry as the 'felt' is dishwasher safe.It feels like flexible silicone and has a ridge that keeps the felt from coming out of the base when in use.

I ordered these things because we needed more coasters, AND the kind we had (porous sandstone with cork) needed improvement.These fit the bill, very nicely. They look good, don't slide, and absorb a large amount of condensation.The only downside: I am quite sure our dogs are going to consider them chew toys, if we let them. So we'll have to be careful where we put them.

These coasters are great. Because the inside circle of this coaster is made of felt, so these coasters are absorbent. The outside is made of silicone, so they do not slip. Also the coaster does not stick to the glass, which has happened in too many other cases for us.

I wanted a set of drink coasters, especially for the TV trays in my living room. I was looking for something in an in the indigo blue color, and he seemed nice at first. However, the design is bizarre. They're silicone, which is great, but they have this piece of filled inside which just holds tons of water, and also absorbs odors. I guess I could take out the felt part, but then I'm not sure how well they would work. They also seem to stick to the tables a little bit. I'm going to replace with something ceramic, and hope for better results.

These coaster work better than anything I've found. I have used thirsty stone coasters before, but it seems the designs now seal the top, making them useless.These coasters are wonderful! The felt is very absorbent, and the silicone holder has a nice lip, so no condensation escapes. Additionally, the silicone doesn't slip on our tables, so there's no chasing the coaster around to put your drink down. The felt dries out quickly, ready for your drink the next day. The felt is also washable in the dishwasher, and replaceable if desired. I've purchased the navy and gray so far.My only suggestion would be some bright colors. Love these!
