Review: Vibrant blue, woodsy taste - Can't tell if there are any benefits or effect yet since it's only been a week but I followed a YouTuber's suggestion to initially soak the barks I want to boil overnight first and then boil it for 30 minutes. The water does reduce quite a lot in that 30 minutes but the color is a vibrant blue. I've boiled 5 pieces and by the 3rd boil, the tea is now a light brownish reddish tint so I guess it's good for 2 boils or pots of tea. Tastes a little woodsy so I just dilute it with some hot water and it tastes like hot water with a hint of wood. I don't add sugar to my teas so this is good diluted

Can't tell if there are any benefits or effect yet since it's only been a week but I followed a YouTuber's suggestion to initially soak the barks I want to boil overnight first and then boil it for 30 minutes. The water does reduce quite a lot in that 30 minutes but the color is a vibrant blue. I've boiled 5 pieces and by the 3rd boil, the tea is now a light brownish reddish tint so I guess it's good for 2 boils or pots of tea. Tastes a little woodsy so I just dilute it with some hot water and it tastes like hot water with a hint of wood. I don't add sugar to my teas so this is good diluted
