It doesn't last long so beware
I bought this in June of 2025. By January 2026, it didn't work, but I can say customer service was excellent. They got me a replacement unit as my unit literally wouldn't even power on at all. And now, as of May 2026, the new one won't power on at all, again. Less than 1 year and 2 units are completely defunct. I am trying out a new plug for it which I'm waiting for it to arrive. I'm hoping it's just the plug that's gone defunct, but even so, that's unacceptable. For an expensive foot massager, there should certainly be an expectation that it lasts longer than 6 months. If I were you, I would look elsewhere. Yes, I've enjoyed this massager and it's been wonderful, but the consistent issue of it randomly not working at all is far too much a pain in the neck and inconvenient when you're spending so much money.

Excellent Foot & Calf Massage!
We love our new foot massager! We use it every night, it feels amazing after a long day of being on your feet. The combination of the foot massage with the leg/calf compression really helps alleviate tension and relaxes the legs. It has an elegant design which we were pleasantly surprised with. It fits into our living room as a nice footstool when folded up and sits perfectly against the couch when sitting and using it, couldn’t be more happy with this product!
