Silent bounce
Great bounce, feels like a real basketball but since I bought the one that’s harder to grip it makes it harder to control 10/10. Good for practicing dribbles.

It’s silent!
Oh how my son loves to play basketball. And of course, in the past, he’d always start dribbling away right as i put the baby to sleep. With this ball, he can dribble to his hearts content with minimal noise. It seems to be pretty sturdy and of good quality. It’s super lightweight and soft. The size is a bit bigger than I thought, though. Overall good purchase given the price point.

Great silent basketball but not smooth design
I recently purchased this silent basketball so my kids could practice indoors with the Dribble Up app. While the app requires a yellow ball, this one isn’t fully yellow, but it still works well for their training. The biggest advantage is that it allows them to practice without disturbing the neighbors. That said, the ball is quite pricey, and its surface isn’t completely smooth—some grooves stick out. However, this doesn’t seem to affect the bounce, and my kids absolutely love it. Overall, it’s a great product, and I only wish I had something like this when I was younger!

Great Concept - but not sure it will be helpful
The idea of a silent basketball to dribble in the house was intriguing. However, the ball does not bounce like a regular basketball. When you hold it out and drop it, it only comes off the ground less than 12 inches. You have to use a lot of force to push it down so it comes back up to the waist level. Then there are the issues with the seams and what appears to be a zipper not making the ball perfectly round. When the ball is bounced on a seam or the zipper, it does not bounce off the ground the way you would expect. It takes a different direction like if there was a dead spot on the floor or a small stone. If you dribble low to the ground, there are less errors. Unfortunately, I'm not sure we will get the use out of it that we were hoping.

Just foam with fabric
Nothing to really say about it. It's foam with a fabric covering. It's silent because of the foam part of course. The grip is not so well. It's literally a covering on the ball. Not too impressed with it. And you do hear it, it's just not that loud bouncing from rubber that's heard!

Disappointed. Repurposed reject balls?
I really wanted to like this basketball, but it's hard for me to justify this "PRO" edition over a normal silent basketball. I find the marketing for this basketball to be very odd: this PRO EDITION has a cover so that it can be used for outdoor training, and the "anti-grip" wrap is almost touted as a feature?I've heard good things about WAWAWEWA's standard lineup, but this PRO model leaves me very unimpressed. In hand, its just a very thin neoprene sleeve over a standard foam silent basketball. I've heard that their standard balls dribble very consistently, but this one bounces all over the place due of the sewn in seams and the hard, thick ZIPPER that will knock it into random directions. Ultimately I don't really think the "anti-grip" is a good training aid because it's hard to feel where the ball is going, and you end up building the habit of looking down at the ball.Like other reviewers mentioned, you can feel that the ball underneath has grooves but it isn't lined up with the wrap. I eventually became bothered by this and pulled the zipper apart with very little effort. I am now able to see that the grooves aren't lined up because they can't be; the grooves are a different shape than the design on the wrap...The pull was removed from the zipper so I have no way of closing it back up. The naked ball feels like very unrefined foam so I'd be worried about getting specks everywhere using it without the wrap. There are also quite a few defects in the ball, which is what gives me the following impression:In summary, I think these are reject balls that the company simply put a neoprene sleeve over. Even if it's not true, it certainly seems like it. It being marketed as an Indoor/Outdoor ball is highly deceptive as I doubt that this would last long on asphalt or concrete. For the asking price and being dubbed "PRO EDITION", I expected much better quality from this ball. At the very least, I hope to see a ball with a much more durable cover, and maybe have grip instead of marketing the "anti-grip" as a feature.
