So why does this travel pillow cost $50, while others are priced in the $15-$20 range? I don't think the shape nor the strap costs $30... come on!

Hi Safiya - Well, we liken it to having a cup with holes in the bottom. Would you want a cup with holes in the bottom? Our pillow is the best, most comprehensive comfort and support product in the category. Try us and you'll see like millions of others across the world have!

Can you run the strap across the front instead of over the front? Would like the option if I'm just getting comfortable but not sleeping.

Hi there! Of course - the chin strap is there to use how you feel it is most comfortable.

Is the chin strap worth the extra $10 price difference from the previous one?

We liked having the strap. Not familiar with the version without it

How well does this pillow work for short people (5 ft)? Does it push your head forward?

It's not that it would push your head forward, it keeps you very upright. I almost felt like i needed my neck to be taller.
