Product packaging and everything was good. The product is also fine, does the work but doesn't stay for long. It's sticky and after 2-3 days there is some residue on the hair left. Also the smell felt weird for me. And the packaging and use of the product can be made better.

I got this for myself first and after using it got it for my mother too - our baby hairs do stay in place with this- it’s almost a daily use for me. The frizz control is amazing for hours and it does not leave ur hair waxy or extra glossier - it does the job well.

Horrible experience. Not sure if the people giving positive reviews are getting a different product? This wax stick leaves a white residue on my hair even if I just tap it on my hair instead of gliding. Gliding it on the hair leaves a thick layer of wax which is visible as whitish and oily. Even if I apply the slightest amount, it still is too much for the hair. If used once, hair have to be definitely washed by the same evening or the next day otherwise it's a whole waxy mess
