I purchased this for my grand daughter for Christmas 2014..it appears that there is room for a barbie doll but not sure. .have not opened yet. 12/03/14

Yes it drives on grass, my grand-daughter loves it..now she can keep up with her brothers. ..not sure about dirt.

Save your hard earned money! Don't waste it on this cheap junk. Very fragile. The steering mechanism easily gets dislocated when bumping/crashing into things. And to your question, possibly yes but if the legs don't bend at the knee then no.
